Description
MEC 8000 Service Kits
The service kits comprise of vanes (7 vanes), gaskets and seals. The kits contain all the parts you'll need to overhaul your MEC 8000 pump.
Please note: we recommend the Premium MEC 8000 Service Kit for pumps in heavy, constant use applications. This service kit will prolong the life of the pump and is supplied with long life blades.
Hydraulic Motor for MEC 8000H
The hydraulic motor comes complete with connecting flanges and coupling sleeves.
Conversion Kit
The conversion kit includes all components to convert a standard indirect driven pump (MEC 8000M) to a pump driven by a hydraulic motor.
Safety Valve
The replacement MEC safety valve can be adjusted to alter pressure by loosening the hex socket bolt.
Oil Dripper
Brass oil dripper used on all MEC 8000 pumps.
LF23 Forced Lubrication Pump
Refer to page 17 of the parts diagram (in Downloads).
Vacuum Pump Oil
5 Litres of genuine Battioni Pagani lubricant oil which has excellent antioxidant qualities and no foam build up when adding special additives.
Oil must be added to the gearbox and drip feed reservoir before use.
